The most unprofessional service, at quite a high price a very small room is provided. No lift, probably the place was a bar converted to a hotel but basic amenities in the room are only provided once asked for. Reception is at second floor. Security guard is not alert and prompt, nobody is there to contact during emergency at the front desk in early hours or late night.

The rooms are very small but for the price it's awesome for a small stay...beds are very comfortable...the location is really pathetic though and early morning market opens right in front of hotel which breaks your sleep...

Staff well behave and good for people whose came from Bihar because yaha hotel may mast bar hai and ground flore may wine shop

Excellent stay. Excellent service . Room no 204, 305 are the best option for couples. Service boys, reception all will make you feel very much satisfied. Room size is little smaller, but that won't count when it is compared with the service they provide. Complementary breakdast
has too many items. Food quality was excellent . Location is just beside the regulated market of pradhan nagar. They have their own FL off shop

Budget hotel , staff are welcoming , electricity and water could be problem , as there is no backup . Room service food is good. Early checkout could be problem .
