Hotel Sovraj

Hotel Sovraj is one of the reputed legacy hotels in Siliguri. Hotel Sovraj is located near Sevoke more well connected from Bus terminus, Airport and Railway station. Rooms are cosy and comfortable and properly maintained hygiene. Staffs are helpful and cordial with punctual service. Overall it's a champ hotel. Recommended for a stay in Siliguri.

Don't get fooled by the exteriors of the property. The rooms are pathetic with antique door handles and toilets. There are many more better properties nearby which are value for money.

Both location and service is good however rooms, especially the bathrooms need to be properly maintained which at the moment is not.

MANAGER IS REALLY A NARROW MINDED PERSON.

AT NIGHT HE USED TO GO TO PLAY TEEN PATi AT CLUB AND HIS EXCUSE WAS HIS MAUSi IS IN CRITICAL CONDITION.
This kind of manager will not take hotel in the right way.

His behaviour with customer is very rude.he doesn't know how to respect people.0%discipline i think that manager belong from slums Thats why he doesn't have any disciplines.

I was there completing my challenge beyond the home comfort zone.

But never thought i was going to meet with such a narrow minded person.

He always think about sucking money from others.

For better management and bright future --the owner should must change the manager 1st.

Suitable only for big group tour or solo male bachelor who want best budget hotel. As this is a low cost standard hotel, for couple or single women I would recommend only minimum 3 star category hotel in any central position near police station.

Sovraj is the best to stay at Siliguri near Mahanada River.
You can try to have a Biriyani disk from Zaika near Sovraj........

Good room... Clean and spacious..
Location also good.
Easily accessible from burdwan road, and sevoke more.... Also less crowded from main roads...

Very poorly maintained room.... Service is pathetic.

Location is a plus point of this hotel.
