Hotel Broadway

Locationwise very good.3min walking distance from mall.Very well behaved stuff and they were very cooperative in every aspect.Initially they provided a poor room but they changed after request.They provided cab for sightseeing at very nomial range.But for return better to book share wizzcab.They charge only 349 per head and also maintain distance for covid purpose.They provide snacks and water bottle too.I found 3 problems with the hotel- a. Food quality is poor(we order egg meal,veg meal so not sure for other items)
b. they have very sharp staircase,even to reach reception you have to climb 16 sharp starecase.
c. washroom was not clean.
Overall I am happy with hotel.You will get thousands of good restaurants around.

1. Despite reaching the hotel late, we are asked to wait for more than 20 mins.2. As soon as I entered the room the attendants confirmed me that the rooms were cleaned but I showed them the dirt's and littering around corner of beds, even curly hairs of previous tourist-er were wrangling on bed.Even the bed sheet, pillow cover, and quilt cover were not replaced. They replaced it after I proved them with above points.2. I had booked Deluxe room which includes Bisleri bottles, WiFi, TV etc but, the attendant didn't not take the pain to give a normal water jug as well.3. WiFi connection was too weak.4. Room lights were not working, couple of lights were blinking as if I had entered a disco room.5. Doormat was extreme dirty and I asked them to replace that as well.6. Upon request they provided me slippers.7. Intermittently water was available provided that if you're using during high time.7. Well, I thought to watch TV and finally I saw a message that TV was not recharged with any plans.8. Breakfast was good, Sandwich + Puri sabzi+ Tea.9. Mall road was quite near.10. Rest you all can decide whether you should opt this or not.

Had a bad experience... rooms were not upto the mark... unavailability of hot water... very dirty ambience... on the whole our entire 3day stay was a nightmare...

I had booking from 17th Dec till 20th Dec. My stay at Sweet Villa was amazing. They focussed more on customer service. Check In did not take more than 10 mins. Room was really good spacious, clean, & washroom was big & with modern amenities & clean. Room had electric Ketty, tea coffee making itenaries. The Room had separate WIFI service & the TV connected to it. They cleaned room everyday & replenished toiletries everyday if required. Room service was prompt. Food at their own restaurant was awesome & reasonable & even orders were delivered quite quick. The person Avijeet from the restaurant was really helpful & caring. The best part was it was a 2 mins walk to sea beach & the hotel had arrangements of chairs at the beach. All together it was really a great experience, would love to stay again once I visit Puri.

It was a wonderful stay in Hotel Broadway. Hotel staffs are very well behaved.
The view was excellent from our room. Mr. Khatri is always available for any type of help to his guests.. will expect the same service every time we visit to Darjeeling.

Hotel Broadway is in a nice location. close to Hotel Ramada, Keventer's, Chowrasta. The hotel staff was very nice and cooperative. The room and toilet were neat and clean. No problem for hot and cold water. our stay was memorial and I would recommend this property to others too. If food can be improved it will be superb!!

Reasonable room tariff if you consider location and room quality.

Hotel location is heart of Darjelling and walking distance to most popular place Chaurasta and mall road.Hotel staff is very obedient and helping specially George D-Pen.Hotel restaurant's food is very delicious and food cost is reasonable than other places. Hotel room rent is also reasonable.I stayed 4th October to 6th October 2021 with twelve friends but no any problems.I recommended book this hotel.
