We stayed at this Hotel for one day only, but staying experience was awesome. Hotel staff was very good and they do all tasks with great personal touch, starting from welcome at Hotel. Food is really good and they make it customised as per your likings. Overall it was great experience. I would really like to comeback here and stay here for longer time.

Checked in at this property today and currently staying here. …. What stood out (Positives): 1. extremely courteous and attentive staff. Prompt service. 2. rituals and ceremonies performed at the hotel, such as evening aarti, live music, welcome gesture. … Also, it is just by the river which is great. What needs attention (Negatives): 1. Overall Takeaway: The hotel is unlike other Taj group properties. While the rooms are spacious and comfortable, property looks nice and well maintained, nothing is particularly remarkable. 2. Property premises: extremely small- more like a boutique hotel. 3. Rooms: The room on the lower ground floor (which we requested to be upgraded to at additional costs) didn’t particularly make a difference to the experience. In fact, wouldn’t recommend rooms on this floor specially in rainy season as, just like what happened with me, you might just slip and fall, and end up hurting yourself because of the rather slippery floors. Please Beware. 4. Food: decent but nothing remarkable. But again, the spread and the quality doesn’t live up to a Taj 5 star standard. 5. Facilities: not much to offer. There is a tiny, non-heated swimming pool on the property but besides this there are no other amenities/ facilities or even open grounds on the property. Although, they do have the Jiva spa on the property, which I have made reservations for. Hope that lives up to its usual standards. 6. Price: For the above mentioned reasons, certainly not worth Rs. 30,000 a night. … Overall, decent stay but won’t return or recommend to others. Hope my review helps set some realistic expectations for future travelers.

Absolutely outstanding hotel from the moment you walk off the streets of Haridwar into this beautiful and blissful oasis.
Atmosphere: 10/10 Rooms: 10/10 Staff and service: 10/10 Ghat experience: 10/10 Escapism from the rest of the world: 10/10
From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Rani and her team for the most royal of welcomes. Everything from there was just sheer bliss. Thank you to Deb for overseeing our entire stay too.

Excellent property. It's a lovely boutique property with very happy and friendly staff. They have gone out of the way to make our stay memorable . If one is keen to take a dip in Ganga then this is the place

My perception about Haridwar has changed after visiting this hotel. Location is perfect, food is awesome and the staff is outstanding. Their behaviour and interaction will make your experience linger on and you will miss the place. We stayed here for 2 nights but the check out was no less than a farewell. The soul of the place is its staff Debmallya, anshika, Nikita,Hemant,Satish,Kishan and the chef along with his team and other staff members. Their warmth is genuine and we will visit again😊🤗. You ask for anything and Kishan with a smile will always reply; certainly sir 😆

I loved every bit of my stay . I have stayed in various Taj properties prior to this but the hospitality here was world class . The serene Ganges is flowing right next to you . We had all our meals adjacent to the river . So peaceful and lovely . Team led By Mr Amit Sinha is outstanding . It was impeccable service . Well maintained property . Kudos to the entire team for making our stay lovely . Special mention of Rohit , Vinod , Arvind , Sagar Garima and Gaurav .

The best time we have ever had travelling and staying ,was a wonderful experience. The manager Mr Debmallya was such a humble Man ,accoamdate every asspect of the guest, the F & B Mr Parvish ,never saod no to any of our request on our meals, WHAT A WONDERFUL TIME WE HAD AT THE PILIBHIT HOTEL HARIDWAR EVERYBODY WILL LOVE THE EXPERIENCE.

A must stay if you are in and around Rishikesh or Haridwar. We stayed at the property for 3 nights and we have loved every bit of our experience here. The warmth starts right at the door and stays through the entire stay. You get an amazing welcome by the entire team when you walk in through the doors. The check in is seamless and the staff guide you through everything that happens through the day from a walk in the morning to yoga and aarti in the evening and everything in the middle which is all part of the experience. I think what we loved the most is how each and every staff at the property does everything they do with a smile and willingly. Even if they notice that you need something and you don’t ask them they will get it for you. That over and above service is hard to find these days and we would want to thank each and every team member for making our stay and experience just the best one. The entire hotel is blissful especially the library with the view of the Ganga. We picked the property since it was on the banks of Ganga and being able to have a spot in the hotel to take a dip in the Ganga and have facilities like a changing room right there just makes everything so much more easier. A big part of our stay were also the food. Every meal we had was very well prepared, fresh and fed the soul. Our morning breakfast was phenomenal and we looked forward to spending our mornings after the walk having the wholesome food. Every meal we ordered to the room was phenomenal. We would ask the staff if there was any speciality of the region and they would go out of their way to have the kitchen make it for us. To sum up our stay I would say it was just blissful having the view of Ganga and being taken really good care of by everyone at the property.
