Nice place, food was good, one thing though, they should put electric blanket or bed heater in every room as it was snowing when we visited Nainital faced some problems facing cold at -2°C. We were stuck to tandoor fire to keep ourself warm. They charge 300 for room heater. Plus line was cutting off rapidly in night. Again hot water is only for particular timings, be prepared for that.

Great place, we had a comfortable stay here. Limited food options in buffets, but exceptionally well cooked tasty food. Owner was very friendly, helpful and gracious.

Had a lot of disturbance because of some unruly guests, but nothing on owners part.

So i booked this hotel for my honeymoon with my newly wedded wife customer service seemed good in the beginning paying 11kk a night stayed for 2 nights paying total 22 thousand for 2 nights. The service after u sign in and paid becomes nasty. I don't know where to start from of how many flaws were in this hotel first off. My wife ordered kheer while I was out asking the driver if he wanted to eat. The waiter said it can't be made because chef is busy and it will take time. Me paying top knoch for this hotel. I got angy regardes to that paying 175 a kheer bowl which is so small it came after 45 min. Now going to my room on second floor there was a whole in the ground almost 30 feet stright down anyone can fall into it wasn't covered no sign no tape if I haven't noticed it my wife would have fallen down . I told the management the apologized but this isn't how a hotel should be kept this isn't 5 star hotel I asked the manager for a refund for second night due to i paid everything upfront they denied and offered my driver tea and take out food parcel this hotel was the worst hotel I stayed in. I try to call them they don't answer there phone there google.numb3r is different. I was sitting in the restaurant at 12 and some guy there said I can't sit there due to it being closed. While I'm just on the phone talking silently. This hotel treated there customer very bad. I would not recommend a stay at this hotel expensive rip off.

Very well maintained and newly constructed Hotel.
It has very nice and good breakfast and dinner buffet and taste was authentic.
Food was kids and elderly friendly too.
Rooms and washrooms are better than nearby 5 star properties.
Live music in evenings was show stopper.
Last but not the least; they had a very beautiful sitting area in fromt lawn and its big enough to hold most of the guests and kids liked it a lot.
Musical evenings, complementary high tea.
Behaviour of hotel staff was so welcoming.
Kids enjoyed the hotel lawn.
Mall road pick up n drop facility. Througout the day.
Mr. Bali made sure that guests have ultimate experience and their needs fulfilled.

The hotel is well maintained and decorated. Staff is courteous and very friendly. Very quick response by staff like we faced lock issue in main door...it was risky for small kids. The hotel put latch on main door so we can have comfortable and safe stay. Lot of variety in breakfast and tasty too.Daily live music in garden give immense pleasure and make the environment more lively.

Great room, really neat and clean. The bathrooms were also very clean. The staff here are very courteous and helpful.

There was live music, a bonfire and good sitting arrangements made outside in the lawn for the guests which was really nice.

The food is also very good. The restaurant does get a bit crowded during breakfast and dinner which is something that can be worked on.

Must stay if going to Nanital. Very friendly staff. Excellent rooms. And very delicious food.
