Clean room, lake facing, polite staff, great food, well maintained hotel. It was recommended by a friend to me and after my stay i highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Nainital. This hotel knows the meaning of hospitality.

Great hotel if you're in Nainital as a tourist. The location is excellent. Many of the interesting places to visit are within walking distance. They have their own restaurant on the ground floor that has good food. The tea, aalu paratha and poha were particularly good. We were here in the first week of December and the weather was perfect. The executive room has an amazing view of the lake.

Simply awesome place to stay.
Very conveniently located on Mall Road, the hotel has Gianni, a good pure veg restaurant too. The rooms are designed to give warmth and comfort to the guests. The staff are courteous and always ready to go for that extra mile to keep their guests happy.
Right from check in till check out the process is smooth and simple. Room service and cleaning of rooms is done with utmost promptness.
Due to the cold weather, my kid fell ill and the hotel staff helped us in getting to the local doctor as quick as possible. In this regard I would like to thank wholeheartedly Chanderpal and Anup for their support.
The staff came back to us on the night to check how our kid was doing and if we required extra blanket to keep the kid warm. They also suggested the food for the ailing kid available in their restaurant and it worked.
Being a south Indian, I have travelled moderately across key places in North India. With that, I can easily claim the Plain Rava Dosa in their restaurant is simply yummy. This was the only Dosa item which comes closest to the Rava Dosa you have in any Udupi Hotel in South. Never had such a tasty Rava Dosa un the North.
The rooms with the lake view is definitely worth the money. You get a heater on request in the room. Hot water is available from 6 am to 10 pm. They do help with Cab service for local sight seeing. Overall a wonderful stay experience.

Charges more than what other better hotels charge for a lake side view.. food average.. worst part, they even charge for a heater.. my entire stay in Nainital, from one hotel to another, no body charged extra for the heater.. on asking for it, i felt the uncle i spoke with was rude.. never visiting again

If you are looking for a staycation of one or two days then its one of the best places. Only snag is the space, hotel is not spacious enough, has cramped balcony and gallery. No windows.

Everything is good except the location as it was far from mall road chauraha so its hard to find vehicle at reasonable cost nearby. Apart from this Hotel is very clean, service is very fast, what you want to order just order, they delievers you within 5 mins in your room and the taste of food is very tasty. I will love to book this hotel on my next visit.
