Delux Room with balcony and lake view is amazing, give you excellent pleasure... Room was neat and clean... Behaviour of all staffs are very polite... Foods are very testy, less oily... We stayed here 3 nights... Amazing experience...

my experience was good there staff was too friendly with us the one thing which I liked the most is the scenic view from balcony also we were having personal balcony and that's what is worth it here. room was also neat and clean food was also tasty there and there was fast service for the food
one thing I disliked his it is situated at very much top level everytime he have to spend 200 rupees to visit mall road the shortcut is also there near hotel but with child it is difficult to climb stairs and it is also many stairs

decent hotel at good height with v good view. up the hill overlooking lake. preferably take balcony room and goibibo offers great deals and value. food is average . parking is available. don't expect much compared to cleanliness and breakfast. we stayed a night only.

View from rooms were amazing picture perfect hotel and spa e. Room and washroom were tidy and clean. Foood was home cooked and fresh. Nice and fast services availability of very need .

We were group looking for pure veg(jain) options and searching for cottage or studio apartment so that atleast we cook our own food so found this as great option here. Staff was good and especially Staff member Pravin Tiwari was very helpful.

It is a decent place to stay when in Nainital. Very nearby from Mall road. The best part is the staff is very cooperative, food is good and rooms are decent and clean.
