The Imperial Green

This place deserves a 5 star just for the people here. Our driver was struggling to climb the hill (gas vehicle with cylinder). We had people from the hotel come down, pick us up to the hotel. Right from arranging a bike to car for us to get back to the railway station we had great service. The food was very good. Pepper chicken gravy, I guess was with some curd. It was so good. The view from the restaurant is also very nice.
Ask for rooms with windows facing the lake. If you are a person who will just come back and crash, won't need a good view then go for the cheaper rooms. The staffs were kind enough to get us rooms changed. We were there for almost 4 night. Got to stay in 3 different rooms.

We had a very pleasant experience on this place. Staff and services are very good. They are very humble and helpful.Good rooms with lake view.

It's having Neat & clean Restaurant also with good food 👍

But most important thing was it's staff, they actually are vie humble & hard working!

If you are willing to visit the hotel , don't forget to ask the hotel staff to call driver near mall road , as hotel is located at height and road is very narrow, don't take risk. Rooms are small and without fan. Food is also okay only. Staff of hotel was very polite. In short hotel is overpriced

The staff was really helpful and humble. Arranged for an early breakfast as we had to leave for Rishikesh early morning. The view from the property is amazing and you can watch the Nainital lake and even hear temple bells in the evening. Overall it was a great stay will definitely visit again !

One of finest hotels in Ninatal. The hospitality of the management and staff is awesome. The rooms are very well maintained. One of the good spot for food lovers.

Humayoun and mahinder are best at recieving and helping on any issues with respect to hotel or anywhere in the city.

All the services are superb. Food is mind blowing, staff are so polite and helpful. Location is very very good. Mahendra Singh Chauhan & humayun ji are very cooperative person.
