Very bad and horrible service by hotel and oyo too. Have booked this hotel via oyo mobile app and when we reached at hotel they refused to checkin. we have waisted our 3 hours to resolve this and have conversation with oyo customer care they also did same thing and told that they are looking for it but after waiting time they also refuse to help us so guys please beware with OYO #Oyoroom they do fraud and make people panic on reaching the destination. Bad customer support too by OYOROOM. Dont try to book with oyo room . After this incident we booked another hotel with high price because there is no room available on that day so please don’t trust oyoroom .
