The hotel is located at a good location and that's about it. Very average services, they don't fulfill their offerings (complimentary drinks on arrival etc) and when I asked that the price for a water bottle (which otherwise is complimentary in most 3 star hotels) be offset against the welcome drinks not offered, the guy at the reception refused. He charged INR 50 for a 1 litre bottle and did not give me a GST invoice for the same.

Talking of room experience, the bathroom was neat and clean and toiletries were provided in the room. The bed was comfortable but the pillows has yellow marks on it, so wasn't looking clean to say the least. The window AC unit in my room (super deluxe) had a compression that kept making loud noises and made it utterly difficult to sleep.

Overall, I'd recommend you avoid this hotel unless you get it at a deal price.

बहुत ही शांत और साफ सुथरा होटल हैहोटल के स्टाफ का व्यवहार बहुत अच्छा और प्रोफेशनल है रूम में सर्विस भी जल्दी है बस इस समय एक बहुत बड़ी कमी है की इस होटल में खाने नाश्ते का कोई इंतजाम नहीं है इनका कहना है कि रेस्टोरेंट में निर्माण कार्य चल रहा है इसलिए अभी नाश्ते खाने की सुविधा बंद है वाईफाई भी नहीं है जबकि आपकी पर सुविधा है इसीलिए औसतन होटल ठीक है

We recently stayed in this hotel, we had a very good experience. All the staff here are very polite and efficient in their work. Dinner was a bit expensive but very tasty. Overall the money was recovered. If you want to have the right fun at a reasonable price, then definitely stay here.

Best Family Hotel with 4-star facilities at Rajpura Road. They have a parking area inside of the hotel premises. We had booked a super deluxe room and it was too good, it had AC, Fridge, and Heater. The food was also nice, they provided us with homemade chapati. Manager Mohit and staff were also very co-operative and they were available on a single call. Mohit also took care of our one-year-old daughter's needs, he provided us with a kettle and thermos to store milk at night. They don't accept UPI/Paytm or Card. We will think to revisit this hotel again.
