Really enjoyed the stay. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Neat and clean environment. Staff are very kind and friendly. Transport facilities are also available on request, cab and private bus are available on demand. However due to narrow roads bus can not be directed towards the hotel. Guests are transferred to the cab in the outskirts of city.

The worst hotel in existence. We faced many problems in your hotel toilets. The toiletes were in very bad condition and bedsheets were also very dirty and rooms smells worse than public toilet. We asked the staff to change the bedsheets and guess what? They arrived 1 hr later. They also gave thhe food 3 hrs later. I recommend people to stay away from this hotel . Staying in this hotel is wasting of money .

Poor experience, whenever someone books this hotel people fill cheated and only i booked this place because it was getting late evening in Nainital and all of the places were full. Such pathetic experience i had never got even i paid them more than 5k these guys gave me less than half room space and even there were rooms available they didn't changed just they used opportunity to grab money. Even i called them after entering in room to change the bedsheets and pillow but no one came and i had to spend a worst night after paying money. Might other's have had some good time but when i was standing at reception more than 5 guest were arguing for rooms and money. Would like to suggest don't book this try to stay near by some other locations like Bhovali or Pangot or Bhimtal but never choose this place.

Secondly the travel desk is a misleading money extraordinary service so avoid it. You can get taxi service outside also. So don't relay on this people. Will attach images of unhygienic rooms in my next post. guy's avoid this hotel if you want a good stay experience.

Far from view sites,rooms are very conjusted and smelly, washroom are very dirty and looks like public toilet pathetic..

Very bad experience 😕 3500 price and what we got , dust and spider all over the room , dirty bedsheet ,water dipping from tab , toilet Yaak, horrible ,

Warm hotel... With good staff.. Very helpful too... Had a wonderful stay here. Rooms were spacious and also neat and clean.
