Hotel Ganga Aatitheyam

It wasnt a good experience overall we booked 3 rooms with buffett which costed me price equivalent some of the big other reputated hotels but hotel ganga's service was very poor. The receptionist was not supportive or friendly at all they didnt greeted provided us the wifi password or any other required info we had to go and ask the reception ourselves for everything.
Secondly their buffett was pathetic we dined in the night also for the dinner it took them hour and a half to have the meal on our table few people left without eating staff was unable to even provide us the water bottles or any water refills had to ask multiple times. Buffett only had 3 items in the menu which was not even average the electricity was going off and on every then and now. The rooms were good though the hotel really need to look into their services.

We went there with family and had worst hotel experience (completely ruined our stay). Worst service with very less staff..highly not recommended.. below average breakfast spread, long waiting time for food orders..if you are planning a trip to Haridwar, better to look for other options

Extremely insensitive staff. We requested them for my senior citizen and paralysed father to use their washroom, and also offered to have lunch there, however the receptionist was apthetic, and very rude. My mother went and requested again, however, he was rude to her also. Please avoid going to this place.

This hotel is situated right on the bank of river Ganga. The location is excellent. It is quite nearby to the highway Rishikesh - Delhi
Hotel is nearby Tulsi Chowk area
The places where that big home sign is there it is it three floor hotel having good space for car parking and separate dining area
The area in which we have to look for is that the prices are little on the higher side because of location services are average food quality is good. Food is also little costlier. There are charges for extra bed to put into the room. They are charging Rs.650 per extra bed. Secondly you have to negotiate for complimentary breakfast on the phone itself. You can discuss the things so that you will not to have to be any issues when you check-in. The check-in time is 1 PM and checkout time is 11 am
You can get convince as a rickshaw from there for local travelling and secondly behind the hotel there is a local street where you can get your daily needs. Some shops are there from where you can buy your daily needs.
The overall ambience is good. Staff is polite

Just across the road is a wonderful ghat such is the location. Ample car parking space.

clean washroom. Courteous staff. Room not too sure as we checked in for dinner only.

Right next to Ganges... Ample parking.. zero distance from ghats.. excellent food... beautiful decore... Mr Vaibhav took special care... Great hospitality..will have to return soon..

Pathetic place to stay. Neither do they have proper ventilation nor do their AC Work. Also, the staff is exceptionally unprofessional.

Staff members are cooperative. Food was awesome. Nice place to stay and rome around the places in city as well as near by city.
