Hotel Red Coral Haridwar

This hotel even don't deserve 1 rating.
The incidence happened on 19 March 2022 in evening when I visited this place for check in.
I already had my booking from Agoda App. And made the booking payment.
The person at reception started giving excuses like we don't accept any bookings from Agoda. I requested him since I made this booking effectively so allow me to stay with family. But the person and other agents around there in hotel, didn't provide accommodation.
They all started arguing like there site has been hacked and we are not getting payments from Agoda.
I believe this all sit happens as they need more money.
However i requested the two persons who are laughing since they are not allowing me and also start claiming your reviews about us does not make any sense for us. I thought why he is taking so much of advantage of innocent people like us.
I requested him refund my money he said take your money from Agoda. ( After so much struggle i requested Agoda about this incidence) but still i think internet and social media has power now to make everyone aware, how these fraudesters are roaming here and there and they even get to know the result of such mis behaviour.
Even you guys on internet can see Agoda first booking is showing on their hotel bookings.
I would request don't visit this place may be all other reviewes they have bought or fake.

Hotel was good, but don't recommend hotels food as taste was not OK. We booked our room using oyo but at the last moment when we reached there they denied to give room even though pre payment was made says we don't have any information about your booking even we don't have rooms available, after sometime manager of hotel suggested us kindly cancel the room on oyo, we have rooms available and we will provide you room directly in the same price what you are paying on oyo.

Very good place to stay with your partner.
Very simple and nice room .
Room Was good not soo big but not soo small.
Have a 1 small table with 2 comfortable chairs 💺 😄.

Booking was done through travel agent from Travel Triangle - Shiv Darshan Tourism, Haridwar. Booked Family deluxe room quad sharing. The Hotel was horrible, breakfast and dinner was included in the package and so called by the agent that it is a 3 star category hotel, I would state that the hotel cannot be given even a single star. The hotel does not have its own restaurant/kitchen and at the first instance the Hotel reception denied saying that they don't have a kitchen later on escalating the same to the travel Agent, Dinner was provided (fixed thali type menu) which was brought from roadside Dhaba and served to us.

The towel, bedsheets were dirty and had holes/ hairs on the same and no room service was available. The paneer vegetable was so oily that you can cook at least a vegetable for more than 30-40 people. Travel agent didn't help us in any manner. This was pathetic service and support. My recommendation to all is don't take agent recommended hotels, especially this one, they are the worst. The hotel didn't even provide basic amenities like a kettle, tea/coffee making kit, or even packed mineral water. In breakfast they give only aloo paratha that too without curd, gravy vegetable or even sauce. Only tea was provided, no coffee facility. The whole trip got spoil due to this.

Worst hotel in the haridwar, if you have a single option still don't choose this hotel for stay. Staff was very rude, unprofessional. He misbehave us and charges extra amount.
