Excellent hotel with a great location. Great for a private getaway. Can be booked out at times. Executive villa was great, had an enchanted view with rain clouds hanging on the mountains. Good large balcony. Highlight was the service. Staff of amazingly good and everyone there went out of their way to make it stay memorable. Infinity pool is icing on the cake. Highly recommended.

Pathetic staff , they just call their guests to make fool of them. We came all the way from Rishikesh to visit their resort after conforming from them weather we can come or not , their restaurant is open or not and they confirm us that we can come but when we arrive their they said sorry we are not open …… then why are calling guests

Hi team Roseate We stayed at your property on 23rd .I must say it was pathetic stay , the server barged into our room with his master key . Also as it was my birthday had requested team to decorate room on pre arrival nothing was done atol . We asked for the iron , the person gave us but it turned our clothes black .. Really don’t know what kind of five star is it . Just one thing was upto the mark that was ur restaurant staff .. They were quite courteous and really made us feel comfortable.. Never expected this from roseate .. please maintain ur standards that if we are paying a certain amount we have come for relaxation . Hope u will take action on this . Have emailed everything but still there was no response on the same Thanks Chandni Arora

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Roseate recently. The location is superb, there's a wonderful (long) winding path all the way down to the river Ganges, and the bungalows are wonderful to stay in.
We enjoyed the pool, the Yoga lessons and the spa treatments the hotel has to offer. The staff is professional and warm, and the service was really great. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant, and at night a nice cocktail or drink was enjoyed at the bar area.
There were a few small things that were slightly disappointing. The rooms were just behind a massive generator that made an awful lot of noise. As I understand it, they're planning to remove this generator in the future, but right now it is quite a nuisance.
There was also music played on hidden speakers throughout the hotel, which distracts from the overwhelming natural beauty of the hotel itself. I just cannot understand why music needs to be played. Worse yet, the music kept playing during the night and when I woke up, I could hear the noisy generator and the music playing.
Other than that, our stay was really wonderful and I would highly recommend the Roseate if you're planning on staying in this area. If we return to the area I would be very happy to stay in the hotel again, and I'm sure we'll be back again at some point!

exactly what you would expect a roseate hotel to look and feel, food was pretty good, on the pricer side you can def find better comforting properties fr a cheaper price, its rly a hit or miss if u like the entire concept that roseate has created u will rly like it but if u don't I highly suggest that u look for another place to stay, the staff is very courteous and helpful

It was an amazing stay. They offered us an upgrade on arrival which was a beautiful gesture. We came with our 2 year old son and they were quite helpful for all the arrangements we needed for him. Saif the trainee staff was absolutely best at his service n he made our stay easier. We needed milk for baby at 4 am n Saif served that too us smilingly. Overall enjoyed the stay
