I am sorry to say about Hotel Club RIVIERA in Budaun the worst place ever for family... The service of the hotel is slowest I have ever seen ...If order something it will take 35 to 40 minutes, the taste of food are very bad..Non-Veg is the worst part because it is smelling like rotten....there are liqueur allowed from back side of the hotel...drunked people comments to ladies,it means not good for families.

Very poor services, no one responsible staffs. Very bad experience, even they have no phone no. of his manager, and manager are not talking with customers. Very bad experience, just wasted time 2 hour on reception.

Services are extremely poor, telephone, tv do not work, power supply is erratic with no power back-up. Staff is untrained and ill equipped. Only the location and building structure are good. Once you check in you'll have to fend for yourself.

Positive: Very good, neat, clean and spacious rooms and party and kitty hall is also good to accommodate people. Lawns and play area is also good
Negative: Network coverage and internet/Wi-Fi access is low Somehow security perspective have to be more tight as situated near highway. Lacking in parking space in case marriage functions
