I have bad experience in this hotel. As this is shown almost 4star but it is not like that. I booked a room for supreme room but they provided me lowest category room where tap in washroom is not working properly and was asking for water for 7 8 times they didn't provided on time. Food is also not nice. For everything you have to call and ask again and again. And room boys talks very rudely. Rooms are not as in pics. You can go for the hotel but not thinking as it is 4star hot.

It is an awesome experience. I checked in with my family and the staff were very humble and polite. Food is also delicious. Its the only 4 star hotel in such a price range due to the off season. Nothing to complain about. Visit once and you will feel classy. Thank you The Retreat.

Hotel is located close to Taj Mahal. It has adequate facilities for a short stay. Parking slots are available but parking area remains congested at night when enough vehicles are there. Breakfast is fine but needs better service to serve it hot.

The service is so bad that we told them to re activate the TV and they kept on saying its done its done and it was not activated for 1 week. And the lift was broken and they lied to us that the service is going on it will take only 15 mins . We had to go to the 3rd floor all by ourselves. I would not recommend it to anyone. The rooms are nice but everything depends on the service.

Well after 2 nights stay ...had some basic issues related to ventilation realized this hotel is designed well for Summers to keep hotel cold ,but in winters it keeps you warm too.....it takes time to adjust if your mind is positive for the stay

Very pleasant experience in all terms room, food , overall service.The staff was also very cooperative and even helped arranging for private car for onward journey as our own tour car had breakdown.

The hotel looks good, but we didn't have hot water in the shower, we called to ask and they told us that there is hot water only from 1800, it's a shame they didn't say that there is no dough and only when we entered the shower with cold water did we find out the guy from the reception offered us a ridiculous answer of showering with a bucket of water , even after 1800 there was no hot water, shame

Nice hotel for stay with family. I booked hotel through goibibo. I reached hotel before 1hr and they provide welcome drink. All staff are good,service was awasome. Must visit. Safe hotel for all couples.
We had to go to the 3rd floor all by ourselves.
I would not recommend it to anyone.
The rooms are nice but everything depends on the service.
