rooms were clean so comfy beds everything was clean. location is quite good if we talk about staff services its quite well and fast. good mannered staffs. overall its a good hotel. food there is ok ok type not so bad not so tasty. its in between average.

Behaviour of hotel staffs were not good. On behalf of early check in they demanded us 30% charge of total booking amount. In room AC was not working properly. It automatically gets on and off after 2-4 min periodically. Pipe of wash basin was broken. According to them pipe of wash basin of all rooms are broken. They don't turn on AC when the light gets cut,even after light cuts for 1 or 2 hours but they will take whole amount of booking. Switch of fans were also not working properly, you have to press and hold the switch for the long time then only fan will work. Also interior of the room was not so good. Curtains were not hanged properly. They don't give any additional things even they don't give a single water bottle and when you ask them they will bring normal water bad in taste and when you will ask for mineral water i.e purified then they will add 30 Rs per bottle even the price mentioned on bottle is 20 Rs. They don't give any printed bill of ordered food.

Everything is Excellent.. Only two things had bother me that 1st one the room i have which has a gutter behind and it has a worst smell but after complaint they shifted us in a good room. 😊 2nd one that is i have called for on ac tv and water bottle and they take 3 hrs to on ac and give water bottle bottle but tv has no recharge so it couldn't be on. For these reasons i have rated 4 star.... Rest things like waiter services are excellent and room condition was great , and everyone's behaviour was polite.

Very good oyo. Room is good and stop behaviour is too good. I like this oyo. Best oyo for unmarried couples and location is best. Ac is proper working. All things is Good.

The location of the hotel is good since it is in residential area so it’s good for family stay but the issue is of parking. The rooms are below par. All their rooms have water seepage in walls. The bedsheets are very untidy and the rooms are not clean at all. Though what i like about the hotel is the hospitality and food. The hotel management is good and they hear your concerns and try their best to serve you. The food is fantastic!!

Last time when i stayed here in February , it was average, but this time when i visited the hotel my experience was extremely poor. The room was not in poor condition, it didn't have proper water supply, the room was infested with cockroaches, i complained to the reception, but no one helped. I was provided 1 bucket of warm water after standing on their head for 15 minutes. There was no mirror in the room. Extremely pathetic experience.

After making payment when I reached at hotel they demand 300 more money.. Call to customer care 2,3 times firstly they cut the call saying that to stay with the call and in 3rd call customer service say if I want they will change my hotel 2km away from the privious hotel and have to pay 100 more for it.. It's an request not to make customer fool.. If i have to pay another 300 in hotel way it's not showing in Oyo and how is your customer care totaly unsatisfied with the service of Oyo as well as hotel

In photo room is good, but when we go to hotel they provide bad room, because I paid low amount. Also in night rat are moving in room. No cloth hanger provides in room. When I book room ac services are included but in hotel this service is not provided..
