Rooms & Maintenance not upto the mark.
Found attached washroom in bad condition, western toilet seat not stable (dancing) at floor, flushing cistern not working properly & precious water keep on wasting. Washroom's door tower bolt (inside lock) damage. On service front, No water jug, towel etc. available inside room, TV's STB disconnected. Being winter season, not checked AC's health & performance. No provision for hot water supply through Geyser at wash basin. Overall feel of room is just like a cheap/ordinary nearby hotel room at any bus stand/railway station.

On positive front, having sufficient space for function celebrations in open lawn, good parking space but having only single narrow passage for vehicles entry / exit with a steep inclined ramp.
