If it is possible to give zero star then i will definitely give it. Wrost oyo. There is no board on the property mentioning the name of the hotel. No one is on the reception to take calls for directions. Even The location on the Google maps are not correct. Staff behaviour was rude. They will tell you xyz rule during check-in. And also they are congress supporter so some of the party members was sitting on the main gate giving awkward looks to guests. I think oyo should look into it or should remove this hotel from his chain. Please don't book this by mistake.

Please, I Personally Request Don't Stay this hotel no good Manners No Good Foods , Morning Brake Fast with Bad Smell.. litterlly I avoid night and morning brake fast food..! No Doormats , No Light Off Facility at 306 Room No. Or Fan regulator is near entering Door not at Sleep Bed..! They denied Online Payment via OYO..! Really it's horrible If you want to good food then don't stay this hotel..!

Very poor quality rooms, bed and blankets not clean up. In near by no other shops. Food quality is not Good, For water you need to take follow up with staff 3-4times and it's chargeable not free.
Washroom / Shower water quality also not good, I hope there is boarwell water.

This is worst hotel to visit where I checked in with family & kids. Not safe for family.
Whole night many male customers were drinking in neighbour rooms gathered in 7-8 numbers and were making lot of disturbances & abusive language.
When complained to hotel staff they didn't took ant appropriate action.
Somehow we spent one night in fear as it was most unsafe place to stay. Next morning we left immediately.

Housekeeping is non-existent so rooms are a little dusty and not well maintained. Staff is accommodating but customer service is extremely rudimentary. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere and taxis and Uber both have trouble finding it. Free breakfast is nice--aloo parantha very tasty.
We had an event at India Expo Mart/Knowledge Park II metro station which is why we originally chose this place on Agoda. While the hotel is actually quite close, getting there by foot is about 3X farther than on the map because you can't cut across the Noida-Grtr Noida Expy and then you still have to walk on the smaller highways to get there! By car, the distance is about 7X times farther because you have to go around the highway medians.
Btw, HOTEL DOES NOT HONOR ONLINE BOOKINGS. When you arrive there's a big sign that says "Online Payment not Except [sic]." You will have to cancel your online booking and pay more money out of pocket--for us it was 20% more than the online price. Would not recommend staying here to anybody.

I guess its a new hotel, service needs to be improved. Rooms are okay,not that wow. The water flow in the bathroom was too low. Ac was not working after calling the manager 3 times the guy came and fixed it.
