It’s very shameful that this hotel says I will keep salads in menu option and they didn’t provided salads in dinner party of a reception. After asking that we have not booked water why are you supplying they told it is necessary but unfortunately they have no manner that salad is not a menu option it is compulsory item.
Second thing there is no value for money. They not provide water bottle even on 1200/- per plate.
Staffs are not cooperating.
They don’t operate all AC of the Hall to do silly savings of electricity.
They didn’t played music on hall saying that if DJ is booked then I will not play music in hall. I couldn’t knew what will happen if they will play music in hall. How much electricity charges will come on playing the same. But by playing the music environment can be created well. There is cheap mentality of manager and staff.
I recommend to go Gorakhpur or Lucknow despite selecting it. Thank you.

I had a great time having delicious food at your restaurant. waiter And the waitress was committed to great service and was very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome and I definitely liked that you have a very modern Style. Most importantly, every food on your menu tasted great!

Whenever you will book this resort you will learn a lesson to not do any party from this hotel. So its my advise to you all to not to book or plan any party from this hotel they can damage and ruin all your happiness.

Really I felt this issue in this banquet hall. This was very worse experience with this hotel as they serve only one piece paneer tikka and after taking so many times. Due to their service guest feel cheated. We contempt this marriage lawn/so called resort.

One of the worst hotels i have ever visited. Staff behavior is unacceptable and moreover they steal your items. I had my engagement here on 6th nov 2021 and they charged bomb. Despite all payments and terms and conditions according to them they treated us so badly. They have ruined my party. If you are planning for any functions please take my notes seriously. Its a request from my side please do not book this. Food taste is pathetic and hotels waiters were not well mannered. They even stole our engagement cake. Please do not book. Rest is your wish.

The best place for Wedding, Reception & Other Parties. One must visit the place for delicious food of Saffron Delight Restaurant, Top class service in Rooms though it has Superior rooms lodged with all the wanted facilities
