Hotel Grand Sai

Previous review problems resolver at first priority. Now we are extending our stay in Hotel. Reception staff supported very much & helping to us for occurring issues.

Very nice and cooperative staff, Good customer service.
A bit difficult to get rooms , you have to take prior booking.

Nice place to stay, very near to railway and bus station, cooperative staff and best part is hotel is Car parking...Very near to other place..

Bad Experience At this hotel Room was not good so much mosquito inside & blanket inside the room was very dirty.. unable to sleep at night

Best location in Moradabad to stay, service is very good, Staff are friendly and most important you can explore local street food in nigh at just walking distance from Hotel. I prefer to stay here whenever I visited Moradabad City.

The hotel from the Road looks like you are in for a shabby expirience and the lift too is really old but the moment the lift opens up on second floor. The feeling is fresh and nicely done reception area. Room: Super deluxe, well the room is spacious, neat and clean. Although The Sofa and the chair in the room is old and look shabby. The bed is old and and is hard. The linens are clean and the quilt is nice. The bathroom is very congested. The bathing shower attachment looks trendy but the water pressure is very low. As well as hot water is a joke, they have a central boiler but you end up never getting a decent hot water bath. Well, I had opted for a MAP plan, and to my dismay, even after paying their Dinner is just one item, Veg Thali and you cannot change it while the breakfast is one item along with any one beverage. Considering the fact that the Breakfast and Dinner Add-on is appx 700-900 inclusive of taxes. It's a complete rip off. Food : of the very limited option presented, food taste is fine but there is very limited option for MAP plan. Its more fruitful to not opt MAP as Ala-cart will serve much better. Toiletries : The complimentary Dental Kit, Shaving Kit, the Soap and The shampoo Sachet are good. The room as equipped with the water kettle : and it seemed to have limescales all over which was never properly cleaned. There was a refrigerator as well but it was not plugged in. The AC, well the outside temperature is down to 12 at night so basically you don't need it. Unfortunately they didn't even have the ac remote or control in the room as it was missing or basically removed. Personally as a business traveller what matters most is a good hot shower along with buffet breakfast and Dinner and none actually existed. Well even though opted for MAP plan the choice turned out to be a nightmare as their offering under MAP plan is basically very bottom line.
