The Piccadily Lucknow

It's a good place to stay in Lucknow, classy and luxurious. Not very expensive but gives you that feeling of luxury. The location isn't good but they have a good interior so that doesn't change anything. It's a safe place. Conclusion - Go for it.

For 5 start hotel, this is not up to the mark.
PROS:
-Was located centrally, there is a mall near by too.
- Employees are friendly
- Hotel is big and has a swimming pool.
CONS:
-There was a strange smell in the hotel not only in our room but also in our friends room and in the hotel lobby too, maybe because of renovation.
-Me and my friends staying in the hotel booked a hotel taxi and they charged 1700 rupees for 3 km drive. I have stayed in other 5 start hotels where they book reasonable prices for taxi.
-Breakfast was OK-ish
-Did not get our hotel bill when we checked out considering this is a basic standard procedure for every hotel
-Have to talk to too many people to extend our stay and everyone says their own charge and had to tell them what the original charge we discussed on first place
-When we checked out and took a taxi, nearly every bell boy came in to take the luggage for the tip, but we can only offer a certain amount. Maybe they can do some better employee training as its a 5 star hotel.

A 5 star hotel but not that great. The rooms were good and so was the service but could have been much better.
The check-in took forever... We preferred the Homestay we stayed before to this place.

Food, cleanliness of the overall place was okay. However, Rooms were very tidy and clean. The housekeeping services were prompt.
The WiFi never connected. 😐

Piccadily has always been my favourite. I opted for the basic room for a day which costed me for around ~6k (and we were three folks ) + complementary breakfast which was pretty much affordable. They offer top notch services and the food is really good. Ambience is antique and beautiful.

Renovated and neat now, the hotel staff is nice and always helpful, we found the rooms renovated recently however the varnish smell is still existent in the room , maybe they can handle it.

Also the shower cubicle leaks water outside causing the restrooms to be fully wet , management should check this out . 112 room no

Hotel is good. I stayed here for two weeks for our academic module conducted by IIM Lucknow. It was nice experience here. They have halls named dwan, sunset, monsoon, and our breakfast was in Punjabi restaurant. They have gym facilities and the gym trainer is very humble and supportive. You can also play TT there. Gym, TT and spa is available at the service floor.
The only issue I have with them that they don't provide two keys as two fellows were staying in each room.

The hotel looks good but scores a BIG ZERO on hospitality. Check-in takes 3 hours and you can't eat unless you check in, else they will charge separately even if you have a confirmed booking of room. No tea/coffee with morning breakfast, the staff reminds people that they have to pay every time, without caring that they are already staying! The guests were asked to pay Rs 2000 for tea and quickly corrected to 200, this is when the person is having food!
The restaurant guys have a complete disconnect from the front office, resulting in guests doing the run around for the hotel staff. In summary, the hospitality is worse than a 3-star. Only the housekeeping staff was polite and responsive but the restaurant manager was outright rude. Front office guys behave as if they don't care at all.

Worst place to be in. Rooms are not centrally heated. No one there to listen if the payment is made. Highly arrogant staff. Bluntally stating …feel free to do whatever u wish for but we will not accommodate the request. Will not recommend this for stay to anyone
