Its the worst hotel i have horrific experience with these guys. The hotel is not on main road and its inside a rough Gali with lots of litter around. The hotel itself is quite poor.
I had made online reservation with them and paid full amount while booking. I got confirmation email as well as call. When i reached there they refused to provide me a room as they are all booked at higher price!! There was no manager whom i can talk and the guys at reception refused to give me any contact number. They was not able to provide me any alternate accommodation.
Finally I asked for full refund and they told me to get the refund from Booking site as they assumed it was done from makemytrip, cleartrip or any other third party site but to their surprise the booking was done from their own site ! On asking with refund they were ready to manhandle, as i was with my family so i left the hotel and log the complaint on their site but its still 10 days and i have got no refund. I somehow got the other hotel with the help of auto driver which was quite better and cheap.
Never never go there even if they are charging 600 Rs for their shity rooms.

We were stayed here inside a simple hall which was on ground floor. The hall was enough for 10 peoples. They give us so many blankets and mattresses. The room service was good and the price of the hall was 3000₹ first the receptionist told us 5000₹ and after that he agreed for 3000₹.

I want to rate Minus (-) 5 for the service quality for this Hotel. Their front officer Mr. Dev, has no respect towards their customers. We booked this Hotel on the day of Holi (13th March 2017). We were, 5 friends from Delhi who would like to use the Hotel in the afternoon for just 2 Hours. But due to the worst standards of the Front Officer, He refused to give us Hot Water for bathing. On of our friend has migraine, Who finally bathed with cold water. He also charged us 30% more on the fare as we were 5 members even though we were booking the Hotel for just 2 Hours.

Very Unpleasant experience. Do Not book this Hotel.

Even 1 star is too much for this hotel. Worst customer service you can think of... the one at reception was hopeless.. all they try to do it loot the customer.. a complimentary tea was charged saying we ordered before 8am in the morning. Breakfast is limited and force you to order extra with additional cost. The guy in reception was rude and he connected us to some local cab driver who again wanted to loot from us..
Oyo - please maintain your standards, this is not what we expected from OYO and we always used oyo but this was worst experience.

I booked a room for check in on 10th November 2018 by Agoda app. I also paid in advance. The manager refused saying he didn't get any such notification and denied me any room saying his hotel is packed.
The Hotel is situated inside a narrow lane and gives a feel like you have entered a village. The lane is so narrow that you can't even reverse your car properly.

It's a little overpriced considering the way they have maintained their rooms. The pillow cover was torn, bed sheet was torn which is not expected in any accommodation however cheap or costly. AC was clearly not maintained, in my room shower was not working and also the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The thermos was broken in which they served the tea. It all adds up to a poor overall experience.

BIG NO for Families, No geazers, No clean Towels, Cushions were dirty, Bed sheet was dirty. If you order from food they will buy it from a Nearby dhaba and charge you a TAJ Menu. If you dial Intercom you will not get anyone to pic it. Filthy even the owner refused to give GST Bill, I put a compliant for that in local GST office also.

Not listed on OYO, kind of on a main road, 1-2 KM from a Janmabhoomi. Reception guy was helpful, over all service and rooms could have been better. Plus point is they have dedicated parking and different room sizes available.
