Crowne Plaza Greater Noida, an IHG Hotel

I have stayed at this property for almost 15-16 nights spread over two months.

Entire staff is very nice and friendly. Kudos to the restaraunt team specially, managers, servers and chefs. They make you feel special. Cater to personalised demands as well where ever possible. I am not naming anyone as I don’t remember all the names.

Huge complex with very hospitable staff. Was here for an office training for about a week. It went great! The rooms are very spacious with a decent sized bathroom. All amenities are present expect for medicines and medical kit. Room service was just excellent!!

The staff are great, friendly and helpful. But the hotel is aging and it shows quite clearly, parts of the walls in the hallway are literally falling apart, shower heads and drains in the bathroom are corroded and seem as if they've had no maintenance since the hotel opened. The buffet prices seem a bit high considering the choices. At one point, lunch stopped offering drinks at the selection table, not sure if they changed it to order by table as no one told me anything. Even when they had drinks, they were either warm or flat sodas.

Overall not a bad place to stay when visiting the expos. A very enjoyable breakfast. The staff in the club lounge were very helpful and made our stay but the wine was atrocious and needs an upgrade to drinkable.
The pool area was well kept and pleasant. The in-house fees for transport are a complete rip off so use Uber when possible. The gym toilet urinals look like they have never been cleaned (one of them had vomit in it for a very long time…maybe weeks).

Came here to attend a function and to stay for 2 nights. Their banquet is very beautiful and elegant and the service of the staff is also great. Good Food as well, especially their Indian cuisine. A great venue for hosting wedding events and family occasions.

Rooms are also very nice. Clean and staff is very supportive.

Currently the location is little far. Dinner Buffet price is Rs 2900 but they won't provide prawns, just chicken and fish ( low cost fish). So as per menu it's not worth for the cost.

Funny part is no sweet zeera mint provided. No icecreams too.

Wooden work in room floors are lightly damaged. Water in bathroom floor is not draining properly.

Complementary breakfast buffet is good.

For the room price charged, they can provide new towels, but they gave washed ones.

Have stayed few times by now. Overall had a great experience every time and even this stay was comfortable. Staff is friendly and service is good. There were few hiccups this time with Lunch and some other minor issues of co ordination with reception ( missed phone calls from reception on my mobile and upon checking they have no clues ) but overall a great stay.

Spice art restaurant for dinner has some delicious authentic Indian food.

Great place to stay and very professional and courteous staff. Food was also great and moreover the service was better than expected. Hotel Ambience is very good. Staff behaviour and ontime support as per requirement is good. Hopefully may visit one more time. Wonderful Experience.
