Had been here for a day. Worst people working Abhishek and Vishal was good. Agentleman on front office was worst . No hot water in bathroom. He says. No one bath with hot water. He needs training for hotel industry. Speak lie everytime. Rest Abhishek and Vishal from support team was good. Hotel is old property not maintained well. Don't come here

Third class banquet hall in Moradabad. I booked this banquet for my sister marriage(28.11.2022 ).The prices of this banquet is equivalent to five star hotel but the service they provided us is not even of one star hotel. Rooms which the provide with banquet was extremely dirty and smelly with full of mosquitoes and khatmal. Food supply service was also very bad. Total pathetic experience even after paying such a huge amount.

Rooms are okay to stay... budget rooms were not upto the mark in terms of maintenance... although were clean... food was okay too... hotel mainly for marriage parties... can stay as good hotels not available in Moradabad...

The hotel is good, rooms are also good but their room service & housekeeping is not good, due to this only giving 3 star instead of 4. If they improve their service then this is a good option for short stay in Moradabad (UP).

Sir i went your hotel with my wife and we have all our original documents and also we have our marriage certificate because we want stay in your hotel for some personal reason but your hotel staff emitted us and not provide room they said that we are not allowed married couples on there local identity ..its really embarrassing please change your policy..

Stayed here couple of times by book through my work, the rooms are decent size but some of the rooms have very bad smell in them (the ones which are back side and not facing towards the main road).
Breakfast buffet is okay with 2-3 options but waiters will simply ignore your request for omelet/fried eggs/ butter toast. They’ll neither say yes nor no!

Great place to stay and to organize an event for friends and family. Service is good, has a great ambiance, and provides a parking facility inside the premises.

Booked this hotel for marriage in December 2022.. THEY DID CHARGE A HELL LOT OF MONEY and decoration was very THIRD CLASS.. hotel manager and the lady who is incharge for decoration etc shown very cheap things like cutting of budget in varmala, garland, flowers & carpet, chair etc.. FORGET ABOUT GOOD DECORATION..THEY DO NOT HAVE SENSE OF HOUMOR WHICH COLOR TO CHOOSE FOR A WEDDING EVENT. MANDAP FOR FERAS/SHADI WAS NOT EVEN THIRD CLASS.. IT WAS FIFTH CLASS. overall everything was DIRTY and already used nothing was cleaned.
