OYO Flagship 38775 Hotel Prem Chunaria

Worst hotel ever visited . Even Dustbins are more clean and hygienic then this hotel rooms worst they are foolish customers

horrible experience to Stay at HOTEL prem chunaria| HOTEL is Running only for Unmarried couple| they dont need to any other Customers| staff is very rude behaviour |they treat you like that you staying free of cost|

The room was not good| there was a lot of dirt and the staff was also not talking properly. For room booking| more balance than what was booked

they refused to host me saying that they dont take bookings from oyo but later they provided me an under construction room saying that this is the only room they are left with. with no hotels room available in the city due to examination the next morning i was left with no other option but to accept the offer. i had my exams the next morning so i accepted the offer they gave an under construction room that was really dirty and without ventilation and fan.... it was such a pathetic experience..... i wish i could have rated it in negative

I haven’t seen room like this there was no lock in room and neither they have keys .Room was hygienic room was not clean there is no water in washroom I called the reception and waited for an hour but still there was no water balti Maga was broken and was very dirty it’s not an hotel it was horror experience very pathetic

Very dirty, very unhygienic hotel. Staff behaviour is very rude. They charge 1400 bucks for a room which can only be deemed fit as one's storeroom. If you sleep in the bed provided, you are at risk of contacting a disease. Guaranteed they have ever changed the linen and bedsheets in a a decade. Even if you don't get a room anywhere in the city and this hotel has the last room, DON'T. Instead sleeping on the railway station is much safer than this piece of garbage. OYO should be ashamed of associating with this hotel. Because of hotels like this OYO has lost all its credibility. Shame on you OYO and shame on this pathetic dustbin of a place, they call hotel Prem chunaria.
Never, ever go here. Stay way, stay safe.

Rooms are so dirty. Service is also very poor.

The cleanliness was pathetic.Didn't even change the bedsheet when I checked in the hotel.Didn't even have the ventilation in the room.A/c temperature is fixed at 16 ,never gets increased,plug points are always on even if the switch is off and interestingly the fan doesn't work as well .Cooler provided on request also has same problem as A/C i.e uni speed or no work at all.

If you have no option left,then only go for it else search for better alternative!
