OYO 45047 Hotel Sukh Sagar

Bad behaviour of the staff. My friend had an injury, so we wanted to use the washroom and they denied us for that. Also they do not keep your luggage after checkout hours. We wanted to keep some as our train was few hours late. But they either wanted us to pay 250rs for keeping luggage in a room or take it away. We managed for a few hours and went.
Otherwise, the room was good, neat and clean.

Hotel Front Office Staff, House keeping, waiters are Very well mannered , Room was specious and very clean with a very good view, Food was Delicious, Rates is also very reasonable, overall very good Eexperienc.

Cleanliness is the only thing they must focus otherwise it's good. And please don't put the AC off after 2am.

Technically, I didn't stayed here but waited for a bus to Lucknow. Located at easy reachable place, it provides good customer service. You can tourist luxury buses for various parts of Northern India from nearby Elite Circl

Rooms are big and spacious but they are not well maintained. The rooms were dirty even after asking the staff to clean them no action was taken. Also,I personally would not recommend families to stay here.

It was excellent experience ..... Coperative staff..specially kailash sir....he is a nice and dedicated person. You people can use washroom any time . You can contact here in any time and any situation.I recommended this hotel..please once a while visit this hotels . Thanku sir for your cooperation......
