* Checked my family in, without giving us any bath / hand towels... which were provided after 2 calls and 20 mins... I mean only one towel was given for 3 of us... and that was the only towel given in 2 days of stay... but we had our towel so ... and no room cleaning service at all
* AC rooms without remote controls... asked two other guests as well... and the ACs were the type that don’t work unless switched on using the remote ... and no ventilation fan.. and one side of the room is just fixed glass ... so no windows as well :-) hilarious
* Intercom: switched off at night ... so, god luck checking out for an early morning flight and then, saving a fight among the staff who blame each other for switching it off ... apparently, they do switch it off by mistake every single night
... there is a lot more but those three above are rock solid

Small little guest house which is comfortable for a small stay. I guess the finishing work is still going on and once it is complete, it will be more comfortable for the customers. The rooms are fairly large and some of them even have a small sit out balcony attached to the rooms. Washrooms are clean and hygienic.

It's a good hotel for 2-3 days stay, they don't have a restaurant, so they order it for you from outside, but overall a good place to stay, good clean rooms, does have quite a lot of storage space, just one thing that it's very close to railway tracks so when a train passes by in the middle of the night you might wake up because of that, plus finding the place might be an issue in the middle of the night, so always go in the morning. They do have breakfast, and it's decent too!
