Room service was very bad, i asked for washroom items and towels several times but they sent it at night. No slippers were provided, wifi password was not given of my floor even after asking more than 10 times. And most importantly there was WATER LOGGING problem in the washroom, because the washroom floor was full of water and it wasnt draining or draining very very slowly, even after few hours the water logging was still there, the proof is given through the pictures. I complaint for the mosquitoes too and they said they are sending someone but they didnt send anyone. Property is good but not maintained and well operated.

Perfect location to attend Lucknow high court they also provide rooms for half day tarrif and which is so perfect for lawyer , who just want room to take bath and change cloths .... Service is Lil bit slow but food is good and Dal Makhni is most recommended and kindly note they cook fresh food so order may take time

The experience is really pathetic , service is so poor , first i ordered lunch at 1.30 and after 4 reminders i got my food at 3.30 though its only veg thali and chicken biriyani , then at 3.30 i have ordered Tea and it reaches to me at 4.45 , morning also the same happened called them at 7 and tea reaches us by 8.30 .
Hotel has told us breakfast will be buffet and will be startinga t 8.30 am but at 9 when i was there its still not ready and when it was ready the option was only puri aluu and poha thats all
Even if from night 9 pm to till night 2 am i have chased them to arrange an extra matress and went there to make him awake for this as they forgot and slept
