OYO Hotel Duke Inn

Hotel is in middle of the jhansi and just outside there's a market for y'all needs. but coming back to hotel feels like very congested. hotel is in first floor with no lift and very narrow stairs. staff were ok they could be more polite and you need to make 100% advance payment which i don't like that. i'd say the food was bit expensive compare to what they charge for it and food was somewhere average-below average. bed and sofa in the room were fine but the flooring wasn't good. bathroom looks cheap with no standards and should be more clean. there are many hotel in this area with same rate but with better service and better facility.

there is no mention hygiene & cleanliness and TV also not working and hot water in single server room.etc......
it's not value for money. Don't waste your money.
Also there is a drustbeen inside each and every room but is tooooooo much dirty too much , and there is no housekeeping .
it's too bad hotel in the elite .
I'm made the booking through the oyo website for 2 days , my oyo website showing me I have to pay 1947 rupees only , but there are taking 2398 rupees .
there are told me we are not except oyo website
payment .
so that's why I have to pay 2268 this amount.
what nonsense ....... too bad..

Worst experience, I have booked this hotel from makemytrip, on checkin, hotel denied booking and reception guy was totally unprofessional and rude. the reason he said was no room available. and he was abusing makemytrip and oyo. then when i asked for refund next day, makemytrip customer care called oyo team and manager lied about reason, they said covid negative report was required. and we have not a asked a word about covid report, and fun fact reception guy was even not wearing the mask. eventually with all the discussion which took my 1hour makemytrip refunded the amount. after this we landed on some other hotel which was far better than this and almost on the same price tag.

conclusion: with the same price many other hotels are available. which are better and professional. dont go with this one until they change the staff or you see some good feedback

This hotel is one of the dirty hotel and worst experience.. I booked it via Agoda, while booking they didn't ask for rt pcr test report but while check in staff asking us money, infant of my eyes they didn't ask for other local guests .. staff was very rude and just behind money .. I had to bribe with 500 rupees to enter.. rooms are very dirty smelly , I never recommend for family .. its not safe.. if you are from decent background then please never choice this hotel

This hotel does not deserve even one star. Worst worst worst place to stay. Never check in this hell-hole. Rooms are dirty and suffocating. Staffs are very rude arrogant and cheaters. They do not even provide drinking water forget about towel,soap and other items. Beds and blanket are very dirty..

Never ever check in this hotel.. witnessed very bad experience.. Bathroom was very dirty and commode's flush wasn't working.No ventilation in the room as well..This property doesn't deserve a single star but it's location is very nice , situated at Elite Chauraha,Jhansi.So one star for its prime location only.

Worst place to stay. They asked for extra money and 5 star review if they ignore the RTPCR. Worst service. Rude staff. Overall please don't go. If you book this hotel via oyo you will face a lot of problem
