Hotel room was so so. Door was stuck not open properly. There was two shift manager sit over there morning manager asked for extra 500 rupees to early check in. No any washroom for guest .but any hotel this rules without washroom how give license to those hotel Property of this hotel very thin road. I'm extremely sorry to say that overall not good experience with oyo that it. Many people suffering these day with oyo properties. Need to improve it

The rooms are not at the level with the price they charge but are manageable.Many rooms have not so good washrooms with bad hygiene.They don't provide towels or soaps.The reception staff (particulary one person) is too rude that some people just avoid the hotel for this sole reason.Room service and their food is really good.

ever Worst. Room was very dirty. on asking for changes he did but took additional Rs 400 extra. Dinner was not given as it was problem from your end updation was not showing in hotel's System. only breakfast has given

Price is to high 1500 per night when you book at the reception, they say to cancel online bokking and firce to give tips to staff memeber.👎👎

Manager of the property demanded extra money even though i paid it in full on OYO app. Manager was rude and denied check in.Dont go for this Hotel.if you plan to checkin at night or with family dont go for it. Manager ignore calls from oyo customer care .. होटल का मैनेजर मुझसे 700 रु और मांग रहा था।यदि आप रात को या फैमली के साथ चैक इन करना हो तो इसको न बुक करें।

Worst experience. If you paid money then they will check in without reaching at hotel. They asked me to pay extra 800 rs. Receptionist behaviour is very bad. He treated me like that I will stay at hotel fee.

Very bad behaviour of receptionist they talk very rudely they thought that they are the only hotel in the Kanpur and they talk very rudely to their customer they said if you want then you have to pay this much amount which is above oyo amount if you will book through oyo we will return you back and say the room is not available go and talk to oyo customer care and take your money back from oyo they are very rude and very bad especially the receptionist the both the person one the older one another one is the youngest one who talk very rudely and very badly to me I will never ever use oyo because oyo didn't give guarantee of the amount which they are offline because hotel owner denied that amount and this hotel hotel Ashoka inn is very bad even the room was very bad condition and they are talking or saying so proudly that go and take some another hotel we are not giving you at oyo price I will never ever use oyo again to book hotel I will prefer any another app for this because oyo in r

Despite giving the money of Oyo, they charge some rupees. They say that this much room is not available, it looks fake in the room.
