Very cordial staff ready to help for anything. Well maintained rooms and the best thing is this place is so close to Kashi Vishwanath Temple and the main ghats. Loved our stay of 1 day there. Thank you very much team!

Extremely pleased with the stay at Varanasi Staff are super friendly and well mannered. The owner is very polite and even acknowledged requests made at the last moment. Surely recommend sai hotel to all travellers who are looking for a pleasant stay at Varanasi.

Every thing is good and awesome...staff is good and room is clean. He is help me for location to reach to room ..... with in 1km Temple and ganga aarti i would visit easily.... overall Awesome and excellent service.

Bad experience, never book this or specifically booking site like goibio, he never understood any problems, no room cleaning, no drinking water service,he is not using blanket with cover,covid reasons we are not able use it,unhygienic, one of the special reasons in deluxe room,no AC service is there,he charge extra to stay,or use this service, No refundable policy,goibio aur hotel policy very horrible, if you book there,we are trapped, yar koi book mat karna,yha fad jawoge. Mera 2 din ka booking tha extra charge 700 dekr AC liye,aur room me ac ka pani girta hai 306 room no hai

Due to rush during dev deepawali, there was a delay in check-in, but overall it was a nice stay. Water filter at bottom is a nice add-on and saves a lot of money that goes in purchasing bottled water. Room was decent, had a window for ventilation, though it opens to a wall. Since bed was two single beds kept together, there was a gap in between and it was irritating and uncomfortable sometimes. Bathroom could have been a little better as shower was broken, flush was not working perfectly and floor was not very clean. No disturbance by staff.

very nice hotel. staff are so good. the hotel is very near to kashi vishwanath temple. on the market. 1 km walking distance to aswa medha ghat. r u enjoy every evening ganga arti. Hotel food is so delicious and pure vegetarian.

As per rules early checking timing is 12 pm but for early checking even for one hour they charge half of money paid and give no receipts.They gave me room @2:30pm and the reason was so silly that their staff didn’t clean the room. Even their common room was so dirty. No bath facilities in their common room or lobby. Disappointed with the attitude of the staff.
