Unhygienic.
Staff behaviour is soo bad.
Price is too high as compare to room and service.
Unsafe for staying.
Smell comming in and out side of the room.
Food charges very high.
Food is just testless.
Don't spoil your precious time...
The receptionists behaviour is not acceptable at any cost.
Simply don't book room in this property

Dirty rooms, it is not a hotel it's a shaadi Ghar or lawn now they are using it as a guest House or hotel for unmarried couple.Rooms available here on hourly basis for girl and boy for their pleasure you know na what I'm saying.Rooms are very dirty .

This is very bad hotel in Oyo list , I booked a room and paid the amount afte 1 hour , hotel self cancelled my booking and Didn't get refund my account. Don't book this hotel . This is very poor staff and talking dirty talk .

Go anywhere but never ever visit upasna Worst hotel of the world seriously even I'm unable to explain they attached with Oyo my booking was 494 rupees from Oyo, when I reached for check in they denied and asked for 1400 rupees and that time I dint have any other option so I have to pay but guys u won't believe after paying 1400 I said for water they charged 40 rupees for water .this is the standard of that hotel and they are too clever ,when u pay online they don't take money on hotels account directly there is a worker ANSHU SAVITA S/O RAM DAYAL he take payment on his account. Guys Im giving single star but they don't deserve even a single star .

This is froud. They charge money and didnt give us room or refund. After taking money tgwu stop picking call also saying they dont have any information available don't go there rude staff

I booked room through Oyo app.but hotel showing sold out . after that I contact to Oyo help line .they booked same hotel property.when i reached on location,hotel staff denied for checked-in.they told we don't have any room.take from Oyo who clear your booking.

Fraud guest house. Service poor than a lodge. Take entire money in advance and don't even refund. These guys are fraud and have created false image over web to loot customers. Beware. I have taken them to court.

Anyone reading this, Please learn lesson from this and DO NOT BOOK here to ruin your stay. Also, do not fall prey to their false oyo rating. Photos over there are way manipulated then the actual place.

Would have given a negative rating if that was an option. Horrible service, worst place I've ever stayed. I seriously wonder how is this place allowed to even list on OYO. The staff and the owner behave as if they're providing some 5-star service. Mosquitoes, bed-bugs and all other insects inside the room with no repellents, torn bedsheets, no flush in toilets, pillows are a joke, rude behavior of staff and dirty, messy rooms, no lights in stairway, compact dirty lobbies give an impression of a shady motel.
