Radisson Blu MBD Hotel Noida

This is an awesome property true to the brand name. Very conveniently location on the main road in Noida, the place offers great options to dine. We went for an evening corporate dinner. The spread was awesome. Service was super and the taste was unbeatable. I missed taking photos.

The lobby & the Buffet area were superb. Though I had a couple of bad experiences. The steward served us the Food Bill WHILE we were still in the middle of our Lunch.

Secondly, the steward in the Eastern Restaurant refused us a place in the corner which supposedly was for 7 persons. The place was anyway vacant & was near closing hours.

Though I thank the staff to let us sit by the pool side for lunch.

I was here for a birthday party. Decent property by Radisson. Its in a prime location with several shopping malls nearby. Hotel's Interiors are awesome. Staff is cooperative. The food preparations were nice with lot of variety. Parking space is limited here, but you can opt for the valet parking any time.

They provide great services, nice food and clean rooms. Room service is awesome, rest rooms are clean. Customer service team is also helpful and well trained. Love their services and they treat you well. Professional staff, convenient hotel and comfortable to stay with your friends or family. I was happy and satisfied during my stay and Love to visit again. Keep it up.

I went for their Sunday brunch and was very dissapointed with their food quality. The buffet no longer has that charm. The salmon in the salad section had a strong fishy smell which left a bad taste on mouth. The mutton too had old goat smell and chewy. Not worth spending so much money on it

Visited for an important Business meeting over lunch. Wanted to have Indian ala carte meal.

Surprisingly was asked to opt for Buffet lunch which I never wanted. And they don't have any restaurant to serve you meas, other than Buffet.

The experience during check-in and check-out was basic. The card machine did not worked after several attempts making us wait for long. It was hotel's fault that this happened, on top of it the receptionist said that they would remove the mini Bar because they were not able to take the pre-auth, not my fault, as if I would not pay for it. It looked for a brand and a highly star rated hotel stating this. Secondly an hour after check-in the whole room starting vibrating, for an hour, the sound was horrible, felt like I am sailing in the ship. We had to room move making us feel discomfited, but this time the mini-bar was not removed, strange. Thirdly, I ordered food from outside. The lady at the entrance said I had to fill form, if I am taking any food from outside to the room, which was fine and acceptable. I asked the do I have to fill the form every-time, I take the food inside. She said no. Later, evening I ordered again, and again she asked to fill the form, I ignored her, but she kept chasing. I had to explain to her to what she said previously and after she was ok for it. I mean seriously? During check-out I had to pay for incidentals including the juice I had from the mini-bar. I was getting late to catch my flight and just because I know that their card machine had problems earlier. I gave receptionist the cash and now he was struggling to find the cash. I left the hotel saying that they can keep the change. The experience was horrible after paying I would not stay here again.
