Very bad experience on this hotel.
1. Very rude behaviour of receptionist.
2. No welcoming while reach hotel.
3. Rooms are not maintained.
4. Light hole in celing is open.
5. They Denied check in even i have confirmed booking with same amount. After they said you have to pay more for check in.
6. If there is a option/possible then i give rating in minus.

Avoid this oyo at any cost!! Never book prepaid bookings.. The whole staff is a lier!! Including the manager Iqbal plus the staff too.
Firstly i was denied that they even recieved any booking from oyo and asked me to contact customer support! While i was on line with customer support the receptionist was continually talking to the manager iqbal to not to respond to the call from oyo and customer support tried contacting him 4 times.. He didn't responded but the receptionist said that he interacted and can't talk if you call multiple times. And they don't have rooms. But when i asked for a room directly they offered me at double the price!!
Thing is why on oyo if you don't take bookings or if issues are with the prices then change on oyo itself!!
Coming to the service part!! I will say please do check your bedsheets!! Even small stains and side edges too or else the room service staff will blame you for that even if its old.. Worst experience ever faced in any oyo till now!!

About the room: All walls are stained..
They don't provide toiletries.
They dont provide even Tv remotes. TV is not functioning either.
Washroom is filled with foul smell.
Tap of the sink was loose and was not working properly.
Shower was not functioning.
Room floor was all sticky when walked bare foot..

So if you are paying this much then better prefer some good properties.

I have never seen such a worst hotel, Service was too bad and non cooperative.
Food quality was zero and staff don't know how to behave with coustomer.
Rooms were not clean,Also asked me to pay more than shown amount.
Receptionist was very rude.
I would rate them Zero if possible

I visit first time in hotel mall inn by mng rooms All staff are very politely and also very friendly, my experience is too good. I suggest everyone to kindly visit here. Thank you Best hotel in kanpur...

Location is good. Managers are professional and soft spoken. 100% safe. But the rooms are dirty, bedsheets covers have stains and hairs on the bed. Overall there was major cleanness issue.

Since I have paid online for booking receptionist was sure that i will take the stay there and asked for extra 730 rupees without giving receipt and told that Oyo is harrassing them by giving offers. I felt like being cheated but since was not having any option in unknown City i have made payment. Breakfast was written in Oyo description but I was not offered the same. Suggestions for Oyo is if they can't live upto there commitment they should rather not provide fake offers.

Sheets were not clean, foul smell in the room, there was not water in the bathroom in the night. They fixed it when I called. TV had no STB. Check in and check out was easy. Overall good experience because didn't stay in day time.

There was mouse in the room and we were charged extra also. The receptionist was also very rude. They also denied giving receipt and also they denied giving back facewash which we forgot in previous room as they gave room to others.
