Hotel Rishabh - Hotel | Best/Top Hotel | Banquet in Jhansi

I went here for a party. The party was arranged in a hall situated at the group floor.
The hall was beautiful and large with an approximate capacity of 200 to 250 people.
The food on the other hand was below average except for the appetizers which were good. It was a flop show when it came on the food part. Servicing was just okish.
The hotel is situated at a strategic location and is highly accessible.
Wheelchair accessible entry present.
But overall it was an average experience.

Best place to stay in jhansi in terms of services, connectivity from the city and I must say the place is very well maintained and Food is awesome, price and quality wise.
In terms of room service also they were quick to respond even in the late nights.
I was there for 4 days and felt so comfortable.
Happy the way Rishabh has managed the Hotel cos I have visited the same after 20yrs and amazed to see how it has grown and maintained..

The room is spacious but the toilet doesn't flush. Toiletries are not given ,When enquired about the toilet they said it is what it is .Really disappointed with the service.

Worst rooms, No shower, broken mirror, dirty towel, rude Receptionist ( Mr. Mohit) , dirty bed sheet with stains and hair and faulty gyiser and water bootle at 31 Rs..This hotel is actually for couples who just have to spend 1-2 hours and has nothing to do with anyone.. Familes should never visit this place

Located at an excellent location, this is a new hotel with decent rooms. However, bathroom lacked cleanliness. Room service was slow. Food was okayish. Staff need to be more customer friendly. Overall, an average stay.

Hotel is good but service and front office is not supportive.
I felt this because i have done the booking thru online mode as it is the cost effective deal so front office people is not providing as usual support.

Giving it a one star because there is nothing less than this -
Bathrooms - geyser was leaking on day 1. They changed it later in the day. Water supply patchy. Shower knob broken. Bath towels stained and didn’t looked like they were washed properly.
Bedroom - sheets stained very poor quality and possibly very old pillows. Pillow covers stained
Staff…rude and did have any idea/training on hospitality.
Another room had rats in them!!!
Not recommended.

very bad experience in service. hotel owner bad behaviour with guest. staff also very bad. never suggest for this hotel for any function and room booking. near by this hotel Tulsi hotel is much better. one of the worst hotel and hotel owner I had ever seen. please not not book this hotel .
