Nice hotel within budget price food needs revamp old property requires renovation

I went at this place for staycation. The rooms were good enough to stay but rats present in the room. Food offered was good in taste but the foods are fixed according to their convenience. For example only veg thali and veg super delux thali apart from that you can't order anything. I had added complimentary breakfast in my stay but the breakfast (paratha) present was good in taste but only one option to have apart from that sandwich was an option. But I needed to pay for that however it was also good in taste. To summarise it food options are very less and rooms having rats and no tv connection was a complete disappointment

Need to improve room decore and cleanliness. Otherwise in low budget fine hotel.
