1. Car Parking waiting more than 15 min.
2. Check in waiting too long.
3. Disturbances from staff for park your car in another side.
4. Tv remote not available.
5. Didn't give my pending money till I said give it.
6. The reception person took my phone and put the rating himself.
7. I dont feel safe.

happy about the location, they have good parking space, rooms are nice but the staff need to be more active. while booking my room i opt for breakfast but the reception took 1 hour to confirm that and after that long wait the breakfast served was disaster no accompaniment served no tea coffee😔 just aloo parantha

The room service, the sheets and everything was worst . We have booked on oyo on lesser price but they refues to give rooms at that price. So such a bad experience and we have to take these rooms because we dont have any other choice at last moment. Please belive on reviews.

1. Rooms are clean and in Good condition.
2. You may have to wait for Check-in too long.
3. "BEWARE IF YOU ARE BOOKING FROM OYO". Check-in experience here from Oyo is worst. Oyo shows lesser and Good Pricing for customers but they don't provide Check-in and ask you to either pay extra or won't allow admissions.
4. Food is awesome here. (As Kitchen is held by separate owner). But one thing I didn't like here about food, everytime they cater food to your room and ASK FOR MONEY TO PAY INSTANTLY IN EITHER CASH OR UPI INSTEAD AT CHECKOUT TIME to clear all dues.
5. The rating is so high only because either they say to rate good by opening app while checkout or ask you to give your phone Oyo app open and put the rating themself.
6. Location is neither so close nor too far from the Market or other necessary stores. You may have to opt of Rickshaws or OLA/UBER sometimes to go to markets.

I want to complain about this hotel since there is no option to give review because i booked it again after canceling this one. When i booked again at low price, the hotel owner denied the booking and asked us to cancel on our end or pay extra. We had to pay extra Rs 2000 on top of this booking which was very unprofessional. When we called our booking website, someone from Oyo picked up and said to complain if this happens. However, there is no review link generated yet. The owner said that the additional 2000 will also be reflected in our new bill. However, there is no bill generated after that with new amount. It was a really bad experience. This hotel still shows low price and they don't allow anyone below Rs 2200. Please do something, its a hoax and people are getting affected. There were others as well. The behavior of the staff and owner is also very bad. They don't care about you if you don't pay extra charges. Very bad service and experience as well. They are looting plus the AC didn't work the whole day.

Overall good location and value for money. They served me with a refilled water bottle. There is no display board on the entrance, ask any panwala

The hotel is tough to find as there is no board or name flex. However, it is easy to spot as it is the only building which gives you hotel vibes!
The room was quite spacious and clean.
The sheets, pillow covers and the quilt also seemed thoroughly washed and cleaned.
The washroom was hygienic and well maintained.
They provide you with a complementary water bottle.
There was arrangement for water kettle and tea/coffee pouch (if you want to make it by yourself)
The staff was very cooperative and were quick in their service.

While checking-in, they adamantly instructed that "outside food is not allowed". Though that did not pose any problem as their food menu is quite comprehensive.
I liked their tea preparation. The only issue I faced was because of longer preparation time of the ordered food. So, I'd suggest that you order well in advance.
