OYO Flagship 24802 Delight Stays

Very bad experience as there was no sign board outside of the Hotel and also in Google proper location was not coming. We have waited for 1 hour outside of the hotel as we couldn't able to recognise that which one is exactly Hotel due to missing of sign board. When we have reached Hotelier name was Narendra his behavior was pothetic instead of saying sorry he just warned us not to give negative feedback.And we entered in room, room was smelling very bad then we have requested for room freshener that also not given to us.we have buy a bottle of water that was also not cold water they simply said that they don't have cold water. Very bad experience they don't have manners how to talk with guest.

Horrible stay experience.
They have a problem in changing sheets, getting air freshner. Basic things.
No vistors allowed or even not allowed to leave the hotel after 12 am until 4 am.
The last time i checked it was HOTEL. While booking it was no where mentioned that they have such rules. The kitches gets closed at 12 am. What if someone is hungry after 12, what is that person supposed to do? With no inhouse kitchen facility neither one can order food since the doors are locked.

room was okay. bathroom condition was bad. it was not cleaned up from the last stay. used towel was hanging. water leaking from washbasin. no cold water bottle available.

Its very nice hotel & service specially Narayan its good staff if this kind of staff defenetly no one can change the mind to to other stay

1.no ac working 2.no lightning in washroom and glass window also broken in washroom, safety and privacy of customer is total down. 3.direct booking room will be more facilities then app booking room provide by they. 4.no charging point working 5. no availability of wifi and other useful facilities. i hope oyo out this property for customer due to lack of safety and facilities

the Receptionist boy was very rude behaviour and he was also said not booked again by Oyo application if you book your room so then i will cancel your booking D-98 Sector 56 Noida this Oyo facility is very very very bad my whole money is waste bad experience. If any chance I'm become the Oyo founder i will cancel the licence immediately and please if anybody response person seating over there please refund my money.. Very Very Bad EXPERIENCE
