OYO 3954 Clarks Inn Suites

It was an amazing experience here we just loved it.....I stayed with my family and we were very comfortable with hotel staff...they were very kind and helpful....I totally recommend this hotel personally....

Good hotel, Excellent and cooperative staff, tasty food, Nice Rooms, I want to visit again with my family And friends too...

Hotel is good , staff is co operative but the thing is I have to wait for 4 hrs to get my room as room were not available, even the guest welcome was not done proper as iam traveling and staying here as a business review & meeting purpose. Still food quality and everything was upto mark.

Clean Hotel with helping staff and beautiful restaurant. I'll definitely visit again. I'm happy that I've chosen this hotel for my stay.....😊😊😊

Well for the starters, there should be a symbol for 0 star as well here.

So I had made a bulk booking for my wedding for approx 60-70 rooms plus wedding hall and caterer from Clarks Inn Ghaziabad. I had also opted for decorator (Miss Neha) recommended by them. Following were the shortcomings-

1) They run after you only to close the deal and getting all their payments on time. Well that’s the end. Client satisfaction, client servicing and during and after sales services are certain things which are not on their list!!

2) Quality of food and room service is such that it will leave you disappointed and amazed. Food was utterly disgusting and people were unable to even chew the breads they offered. You just keep on calling the room service, they used to say we would come and nobody turned up, which left me and my guests agitated.

3) They recommend some totally unprofessional and money minters for your decoration. Miss Neha, the decorator, made false promises to us. On the day of wedding, I was taken aback. The design of the decoration was not what we had opted for and left us embarrassed and disgusted in front of 200 guests. For them, such fraud is a business, but for me it was once in lifetime moment which Neha had spoiled.

4) Linen and bedsheets were dirty and so were the rooms.

5) Front desk was highly unprofessional and lacked communication etiquettes.

6) They denied giving us the keys of unoccupied rooms which we had booked.

Well to summarise, say NO to this hotel and specially their decorators for bulk bookings. You should actually say NO even for retail bookings!!

I hope my review would save their potential clients from getting disappointed!!!
