Hotel Bravura Gold Resort

Expect the worst you can in this hotel. Paid 6 lakhs for 300 and still waited for 55 minutes for a tea and the manager also explained that we have all hall booked and it is normal while the behaviour and explanation was completely different at the time of booking.

Nothing worse could be than this.

I recently attended a wedding there. The ambiance & architecture was great, I loved it, but the food was unsavory & very less variety was present. Overall I will give it 3 stars bcoz only looks don't matter, food also plays a great role.

Absolutely felt cheated here. Expect the worst you can in this hotel. Booked the venue for 2 days for sister's wedding, and consequences were as follows:-

1. Waited for more then 1 hour for a tea after reminding several times.

2. They promised Desi Ghee's sweets & delivered the sweets made in vegetable oil.

3. We asked for bridal room cleaning thrice in a span of 2 hrs but after the wedding also didn't got the cleaning.

4. Washroom were having bad flow of water sometimes it was too cold & sometimes it was too hot, no proper indicators. Also the drainage was worst, it felt like a swimming pool after taking a bath.

5. The staff's behaviour was worst, during the time of booking it was totally opposite.

6. They took extra charge at the time of booking for the coffee machine, which didn't work during functions & for the complete function.

At the end I would suggest, not to go for this resort as it is totally waste of money & image on a whole.

I hosted my 3 days long wedding here and everything including the food, service, arrangement was superb. Staff is really helpful and polite. The manager is very approachable and humble. Overall a great experience, all our guests were very happy.

Food quality and service is very poor.

They are not interested in serving good quality food. Only interested in earning money by charging multiple times.

I hosted my sister’s wedding in this resort.
I must say it is the Worst resort I’ve stayed in.
- The staff was not at all supportive and was very rude.
- No safety deposit boxes in rooms.
- Hot water constantly running out.Showers are not ok.
- There were no Room amenities given and when asked it took hours and continuous reminders.
- Service is very very poor.
- They promise one thing and deliver another.
- Very expensive as per the facilities provided.

I could go on but im not going to waste any more time. I have honestly never been anywhere and met such rude two faced staff.

I would suggest DO NOT STAY in this resort.

Attended a wedding 2 days ago.
Feedback is as follows

* There were no room amenities provided.
No tea coffee packets, no dental kit , no cups were given etc.
When we asked the house keeping they took hours to arrange.
Sometimes after continuous reminders also it was not arranged.

* Room service was very very poor.

* Room locks were not OK. Everytime we have to call reception and have to wait outside room.

* No lockers were available in rooms.

* Staff was very rude.

Overall pathetic service.
Not suggested.

The service was really awesome we had gettogether with family they make good arrangement food and mocktails were awesome just only the one place in meerut to maimtaing hygine and live kitchen Prashant manager was taking care he take care of table and Bilal Ravi was take care thanks highly recommended
