We booked at Rs 1613 for 2 rooms and paid before the check in and at the time of check we had to pay Rs. 2013 (Rs. 400 extra ) they asked for extra payment saying we don't have rooms so you have to pay extra 400 Rupees. How can they take extra payment while we have paid already and why didn't they reserved the rooms for us whereas we paid already. The behaviour of Receptionist along with his manager was very rude and greedy. There was no complimentary breakfast. The overall Experience at hotel was not good rest of the Room.

Horrible experience ever!! Not recommended. One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They don't have the basic courtesy to provide an okayish room to a single lady travelling from a very far place. The reception guy he decided to give me the corner most dirty old room. There was no lock for bathroom as you can see in the picture.The room was dirty and dusty!! Lot of Mosquitoes were there. The bathroom had a dim light and it was dirty. I decided not to take a shower even when i had a long tiring journey. No hot water ofcourse . It felt as if the receptionist is taking some kind of revenge on me by giving me this room. don't stay here!! They will treat you very poorly!

worst nd poorest experience and never ever recommended this property to any one of my Pharma and other industry collouges .. First of all they have very small room where Shower, geezer and pot flush has been not working properly. . room which was they have offered to me was very dirty and small.. even after so much shouting they have given us new room in next day.. Flush was not working then hotelier told us to refresh some other room and not only this Geezer also not working in our room... staff was very rude and talked in a very bad way to us.. well there are not an option to give ZERO rating other wise I have putter zero.. overall not recommend its like a Govt hotel ( Dharmshala type)...pls don't visit

Had booked the hotel for the fiance, however, the staff at reception had a very rude behaviour. Would just cut the calls stating that "you talk to OYO". This kind of high handed behaviour is not acceptable for such hotels displaying typical uttar pradesh mentality. No hospitality, they think they are doing favour for guests.

It is located in Transport Nagar, outskirt of Gorakhpur. It is good for people travelling by car. It is not approachable if travelling to Gorakhpur by bus or train. Room was big. Bed was comfortable. Room service available. There was ample parking space.

Faced harassment at 10:40 pm when arrived to check in, the hotellier asked for ₹500 extra. My booking was for ₹526 through GoIbibo. Initially they told they had no room left. Later on they denied checkin to some other people who had made booking citing non-availability of room.

One of the worst experience. The hotel manager was totally unprofessional and didn't even have the manners to talk.Despite the room being vacant in the hotel, he did not check in before 12 pm and there was an additional demand of ₹ 500 for checking in 5 minutes earlier i.e. at 11:55. Hotel service was very poor and after asking for any item, atleast 25 to 30 minutes had to be waited.
The manager was very rude and unprofessional he was not in any kind of corporate mood. Hotel service was very bad and slow.

Duniya ka sabse worse hotel hai. Inka staff baar baar kehta hai ki booking valid nahin hai. aur paise do tabhi room milega. Varna nahin hai room available.
