Hotel Mukund Palace

Hotel name should have been 'Hotel Mosquito Palace'. Worst hotel experience till now! It feels like the rooms were built in pre independence time and are still the same. Rooms are very dirty. Windows don't shut down, fan regulators don't work, no ac remote. Obviously rooms get filled with mosquitoes. There is no mosquito repellent available. Our bodies are filled with mosquito bites, whole night went away in just chasing mosquitoes. I could see minimum 20-25 mosquitoes at one time.
Bedsheets covered just half the bed and blankets were also inadequate and covered half of our bodies.
When informed about the sorry state, the hotel staff replied which meant 'live with it' types.
They should actually shut down the hotel! Don't ever come here.
Would have given negative stars if google would have allowed.

Worst hotel ever rude staff behaviour ,no night staffs ,non maintained rooms, i had to change room for 7 times in 2 days due to ac problem and lot of arrogance in staaffs as well i was with my family n this was my worst experience i have ever had ,ill never ever suggest this place to anyone ,brijwasi or centrum are far more better places to stay .i was asked to leave hotel at 1 pm when i went to take water the staff talked very rudely and said to go out to take water at 1 pm when i shouted in this he asked to leave the hotel ,guys it would be a very bad suggestion to stay if u r with family or couple dont deserve a single star also.

Firstly I would say don't pay online because they don't accept online booking reciepts.

This place is Mostly used for weddings and events.
Behavior of the owner is very nice.
Rooms on 1st floor are fine room on 2nd floor are just ok. There is no lift available.
Staff Service is slow to be honest.
Service at the restaurant is slow and Food at the restaurant is just average.

The place was very dirty and there were not enough facilities to hold large gatherings. The toilets were too bad and stinky. The food preparation area was also not hygienic. Overall, not a good experience to enjoy the marriage function at this place.

Mukund palace hotel is the best place to stay and in this hotal best facilities like that rooms service,food facilities,with hotal staff full facilities..
So thanks full mukul palace hotal staff and owner...

Very tasty food and place is very good. Very nice hotel and behaviour of staff was very good. Ambience was very good neat and clean place also amazing property for wedding purpous... Most recommended place....

Rooms are very wide but not maintained properly, like broken door handle of the washroom and door lock not working and etc. There are also too many mosquitoes because this has garden area. Food is very costly but tasty as well. No ground floor rooms only at first floor.
