Capital O 3768 Hotel Atithi

My stay was very pleasant at this hotel. The staff was very courteous and attending quickly to all requests. The rooms are good, clean and maintained very well. The washrooms were also super clean. I got the room same as the image on oyo app and yap the hotel worth the rating.

Hotel is good. But receptionist behavior was so rude he was talking like customer is nothing now I can't book took this hotel for receptionist attitude..
I request to owner this hotel u should change your receptionist man otherwise his rude behavior will effect your costumes...
Hotel is good no doubt food is fantastic but when you face your welcome like that people will not book again this hotel again..

There is no swimming pool within hotel premises. The picture shown is misleading. Theres an independent pool 150metres away from the hotel. You have to cross a road and a couple of buildings to get there. When I complained about this to the hotel staff on desk, he started grinning and remained silent.

Staff were well mannered, property was clean and the overall stay was good. The only thing that I felt lacking was double bed rooms. I hope y'all will get this sorted soon.

The Stay was Great. The Staff was very much helpful. Cleanliness and Rooms were also upto the Mark. Love to stay there if I visit again.

Single rooms with single bed given by hotel staff even though we booked the double rooms with king size bed . Worst experience
