Service is good and fast. The room is maintained clean.

Renovation is going on currently. So, if you want to take a nap before 10pm, then don't opt for this place.

For the price paid, the room is also quite small compared to other 5 star hotels I have stayed in earlier.

Additional service like steam room is not complimentary. In other hotels I have stayed at, it is always complimentary.

Greeted with beaded necklaces, a blessing, and a wonderful juice, we really enjoyed our stay. Our hotel room had a gorgeous view of the Taj and the renovation work made the hotel absolutely stunning. Staff was amazing, as was the restaurant. We also got to meet Maya and Max, the two hotel guard doggies, who were adorable.

Was staying here with my 1 year old toddler. Amazing experience and hospitality. Especially Geeta, our floor manager was so delightful. She even placed balloons on our room for my little one to play with. Lovely experience and customer delight.

Excellent service, very courteous staff. In room dining food taste can be better. Dropping one star as Sky Deck was closed for maintenance work without due notice or info at its door, had to ask multiple staff to know when it will be open.

Above average hotel, excellent service and amenities. Some parts are dated, but still great. The hotel grow all their own veg organically and the food was simple but good, tho a little expensive.

overall splendid experience. We reached early around 10.30 am. Hotel staff were co-operation and they have provided us early checkin. Hostel Staff greeted us with Tilak and provided welcome drink. Variety of food was included in complimentary breakfast provided by them. Food Quality was superb.Location was awesome, walking distance to Taj Mahal (approx 900 M).
Swimming pool was not open, some construction work was going on.

Cons
Bathroom and Bath tub was of little smaller size.

The reasons it loses two stars are because there was a lot of construction noise, And the city view rooms have bogus views of metro being constructed. The road in front of the hotel is completely broken. Also in our room the faucet broke. On the positive side, the hotel is built well, rooms are nice. The staff is the best part of the hotel, very helpful. Food is average at best, with very high prices. Location is great as it's close to all major tourist attractions.

Great hotel. The staff is wonderful and caring. Always willing to help and goes above and beyond. The rooms are clean. Buffet breakfast and dinner offers variety of food. I would stay here again.
