For a place like Varanasi I would this will be one of the best economic hotel to stay. The rooms are clean and neat. Staff are very helpful. The owner is a good person. All facilities are working fine. Bathroom is well maintained. Only problem is the location of this hotel which is situated in a very narrow road where only one car can go.

Absolutely beautiful. The
workmanship is amazing.
Wandered around fascinated by
the magnificent work of the
people of the time.Glittering and
highly decorated And near the
garden which softens all the red
stone Think it may not be so
enjoyable at a busy time june
was a good time to come if you
can stand the heat

Hotel is good and interior too . Owner is very soft and helpful. It is around 3 km from kashi vishwanth temple.
There is a problem with hot water. We have struggled 1 hour to get hot water for bath but not get it. Staff try to fix it after several calls but unable to fix it.
Hotel is situated in very narrow roads so it is difficult to take your vehicle upto hotel. And very less space for parking is available.

The owner is rude and the hotel is located in a bit clumsy neighbourhood. Room was clean but the bathroom was not that much clean.
And about the owner everyone already knows the checkout time is 11am. So, when we were going to a nearby place in the morning at about 8 am on our checkout day, the owner came to us and asked when will we be returning, we said politely that "We know the checkout time we will return by that time". Then he threatened us saying if you don't return on time I will take out all your luggage using the master key. So come on time. So is this the way you speak to people who book room at your hotel ?
So kindly think twice before your bookings.

Well located away from the crowded market area but approach road is not in very good condition.. Almost equidistant from railway station and Kasi Vishwanath temple.Rooms are reasonable and very well maintained. Basically it's a marriage hall and upper portion is converted into hotel. Needs in house restaurant and dedicated staffs.

It was nice experience. There was a bit problem after power cut when all Acs were not working based on generator. There should have been provision of basement for parking. However, some land nearby can be hired for parking for two wheelers and few four wheelers.

We had a stay at this hotel, located opposite to pitarkunda talab and we got the room with that pond view hotel rooms are good, staffs are very polite and the owner of the hotel Mr. Waris is a very humble and decent person he was concerned about our security as a female tourist in varanasi he guided us the way and how to deal with the local auto and rickshaw wala there. In a nutshell this hotel is a nice decision to stay in, and you may find the lane of the hotel little clumsy with rush all around but trust me it's the best place as you can get many rickshaw or auto here running every minute to Temple and other ghats........I will surely recommend Hotel Mastana Palace for Good and Hygienic Stay.
