Worst hotel experience I have ever had! DO NOT STAY HERE! We had booked 2 days ahead, but when we came late in the night they told us they had no room. The guy behind the desk did NOT speak English at all, he just laughed and said they had no room. He gave us the phone to talk to the manager, and he told us we had to pay 1000 rupees which was 200 more than the booking we had made. He was very rude, and the guy behind the front desk was still laughing.
When we finally got the room to the right price, it had obviously not been cleaned and the toilet had iron all over it and on the floor. When we complained about this a guy came in and flushed the toilet and splashed it with water. When we told him that it was not okay, he just laughed in our faces and left!
Terrible staff behaviour - so rude and not helpful or understanding at all.
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. AWFUL

Good place to stay. Owner is very helpful and friendly. Located on main road of Shastri chowk, with lot of eatry shops near by. Goalghar is also within 1 km range. Rooms are good with air conditioning.

Hotal mayur is Centrally located very near to Railway station, room are good in condition, but no food is available in the hotel. Washroom is good and clean staf is well manner in all, over all good to stay 💐.

Overall good experience everything were near about location is very good...

Room was good, but the main issue of Hotel entrance, staff is very limited to ask anything related any of your issue, Intercom is not available in the room and also there is no arrangement of refreshment, breakfast, lunch and dinner.

room was quit ok, but service was zero, no telephone in room, if you required any small thing you need to go reception, no food no breakfast available there.

It's very Good hotel on prime location for business purposes. Staff behaviour is very politeness .
