Novotel Lucknow Gomti Nagar

I'm thankful that they upgraded my room and gave a room at the topmost floor since I asked for a room on higher floor.
Room was big, beautiful, neat, tasteful and comfortable. Washroom was nice, though could be better equipped.
Breakfast was disappointing. Spread was boring, repetitive and food was nothing great. Worst part was the service at restaurant. Very few staffs on floor, obviously least attentive to guests. There were many inside the kitchen, God knows busy in what.
Other services were excellent. The front office was the best.

Wonderful experience! The rooms are nice and well-maintained. Vidhi from the room dining staff is prompt and courteous. I was late for morning breakfast and called room service. She took the call and informed me that breakfast is closed now. However, she offers me croissants, Cakes, and fresh juice. Thank you so much Novotel Lucknow for a delightful stay.

The hotel was unexpectedly clean. Location is right in Gomti Nagar. The check in process was lightening fast. Thanks to the lady at the counter. Garima was her name as far as I can remember. We were travelling in families. Room requests were fulfilled. Overall a hassle free stay. All the staff were very very helpful and always smiling. The spread at the breakfast was also appreciable specifically for the vegetarians. Enjoy our stay there and wish them all the very best.

Had an amazing stay here in Jan 2023. The Rooms were very clean n spacious. Room service was very prompt. Food is on the expensive side, however they offered us a discount which made it okay. Their Breakfast Buffet had a good spread, along with live counters. The dinner Buffet could do better with variety though. We also enjoyed Spa here, again, expensive but worth it. Location is the most advantageous part of the stay here.

I stayed here in 2019 and the stay was fantastic so I decided to stay again last week and I must say they have completely downgraded their services. Dirty bathroom and unresponsive staff. You should feel lucky if someone answers your call in one go.
How on Earth is this still a 5 Star Hotel only God knows.
