Not at all a value for money location to stay.
Very bad rooms, insects running around and damp smelling.

very poor service at the restaurant. The restaurant staff took 15 minutes to confirm our MAP plan and further 15 minutes to confirm our order.

I will definitely not stay again in this hotel.

Clark is using old used & spoiled iron burned bed sheet and if you don’t focus while the time of checkin they put blame on you and will charge you for defective bed sheet while the time of Checkout be aware about this issue I faced and this is very disappointing for me.
I felt humiliated and disrespected.

hotel and staff was good , location is also good , soft and polite spoken staff, even supportive
only room need some exahastive cleaning and drain cleaning 🧹 need to be reworked
spacious room, good food ,morning breakfast have lots of options
good hotel for business travelers , also cost effective

Everything is good accept maintainence, owners must upgrade the interior and give a new look, it's the best property of Gorakhpur.

Hotel is good, neat and clean however service in their cafetaria is very poor. They need to improve it.
Otherwise good quality and taste is very good.

Services at worst, calling from last 15 days to check rooms availabily no one to pick the call or take query, seems only one person is there at front desk and he doesnt seem to take ownership for anything

Rooms are spacious, food was ok but service was a bit slow. Open air restaurant Eden is quite good and is operational 24*7, it is beautifully maintained. Breakfast buffet options can be improved. The hotel has plenty of parking space and all the required amenities. The overall stay was satisfactory.

Incredible service and staff except for one waiter who was adamant on getting tips haha! Apart from that the hotel is fantastic with great food and very polite staff with great facilities! Highly recommended!
