I booked this hotel through Agoda with booking ID 583160997. I was denied accomodation when my booking was confirmed. This hotel is unreliable. It may have nexus with booking sites to cheat people. My booking amount is not refunded back to me. There is no call centre no. of Agoda or such system where such issues can be resolved. This hotel and Agoda website is fraud.
